Introduction to the new portal

More secure, More powerful, Integrated and Online

The portal is an integrated front and back-end system that allows investors to interact with TSMC in many ways to inquiry about investment at the Thilawa SEZ or during their business operation at the zone.

This portal is secured with SSL certificate and use two factor authentication login process to ensure that the right person logins to access the right resources. Click here to find out how to obtain a login detail to access and use the integrated platform.

Below is the project stages, project status and description of each stage to give more information about the project as a whole system.
Project Stages

Stage 1 - Document Submission System

This system is developed to allow investors to submit documentation. It takes the following document submission:

  1. Master list/material list/BOM list

  2. Revision of master list/material list/BOM list

  3. Submission to apply for Certificate of Import Goods Registration

  4. Submission to apply for Temporary Importation Approval

  5. Submission to apply for Agriculture Machinery Material List Approval

  6. Submission to apply for Repair & Return Re-Exportation Approval

  7. Re-Exportation for Un-used Materials

Project Status:  COMPLETED

Stage 2 - Revise Document Submission System

This system allows investors to submit revised documentation in regards to the previous submission. Investors login and select the previous submission ID and submit the revised documentation.

It takes the following document submission:

  1. Master list/material list/BOM list






Project Status:  COMPLETED

Stage 3 - One Stop Services Center

This system allows investors to submit application from all the 13 different department at the Thilawa SEZ. Please click here to view the list of departments and its services accepted by the system

Stage 4 - Form G Submission

This system allows investors to submit all Form G as part of the requirement to operate at Thilawa SEZ.

Stage 5 - Summary and Reporting

This system allows investors to generate a report about their submission and its status.

Stage 6 - Online Payment

This system allows investors to submit application and pay the application online or to receive an invoice and pay it online.

Integration with MPU was launched in July 2019
